We all have an Ikigai

It's the Japanese word for "a reason to live" or "a reason to jump out of bed in the morning".

It’s a place of balance where our needs, desires, ambitions, and satisfaction meet.

Finding Ikigai, our purpose, is a journey. Our skills, interests, desires, and history, have made us the perfect candidate for something. All we have to do is find it. Do that, and we can make every single day of our life joyful and meaningful.

Choosing the right books to read makes the discovery and practice of Ikigai more comfortable. Look for inspiration at what your role models read. Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.
